AJ, a 19-year-old flute and piccolo player born and raised in Tampa, Florida, has been around music since childhood. Being born into a musical family always inspired AJ to make music as well, especially on the seemingly passed-down instrument of the flute. Now, 10 years after first picking up the flute and 6 years after being introduced to the piccolo, AJ studies Flute Performance in combination with Health Studies at the University of Florida with hopes of keeping a love of music while also pursuing a career in physical therapy.
